1. Who processes the data

2. What data we collect
- Data you provide yourself: phone, name, preferred contact method, answers about your site, the selected model, a comment.
- Technical data: the page from which the request was sent, the traffic source (ad, website or AI service), the landing page, device type, IP address, date and time. The traffic source is kept in your browser for up to 90 days so it can be attached to the request.
3. Why
To contact you, select equipment, prepare a quote and a contract, keep track of requests and understand which advertising works. We do not send newsletters, and we do not share or sell your number to third parties for advertising.
4. Where and how long we store data
Requests are stored on our server in the Netcup data center in Vienna (Austria). Austria is on the list of foreign countries that ensure adequate protection of personal data (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 415, 2026).
We keep data as long as needed to handle your request and contract: requests without a contract — no more than 3 years from your last contact, then we delete or anonymize them; contract data — for the periods set by law. Earlier — if you ask us to delete it.
5. Who we share it with
Only to services without which the website and our response to your request cannot work, and only to the extent necessary:

Also — to government authorities if required by law and, if you have signed a contract, to carriers and installers to the extent needed for delivery and installation (Uzbekistan).
6. Transfer outside Uzbekistan
Austria, Germany and Russia are on the list of countries that ensure adequate protection of personal data; the USA — for companies participating in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework program. The UAE is not on the list — data is transferred there on the basis of your consent (Article 15 of the Law “On Personal Data”), which you give by ticking the box next to the form.
We do not collect data that the law requires to be stored only in Uzbekistan (biometric, genetic).
7. Cookie and analytics
Necessary cookie are needed for the site to work (language, spam protection of forms, traffic source). Yandex Metrica (with Webvisor) and Google Analytics 4 counters are switched on only if you clicked “Accept” in the cookie notice; they do not record the name and phone from forms.
To opt out, use the cookie notice or delete cookie in your browser settings. The Yandex map on the contacts page may store its own cookie.
8. Your rights
You can find out what data about you we store, correct it, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, and also appeal our actions to the authorized state body for personal data or to a court.
